Damages: Our delivery arrangements to your home have been planned to ensure a zero-damage and unperturbed experience. Please contact us immediately if:

• The product has any breakage that might have occurred in shipment, warranting your item to be fixed.
• Any missing parts of the product should be immediately notified to the Support team so that it can be delivered at the earliest.
• Your item arrives in a damaged state. All claims of damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations: Once the order is placed, no form of cancellation will be entertained.

• The product includes a 3-month warranty against any manufacturing defects and issues with the materials that have been used.
• Any product which is misused, neglected, improperly set up or otherwise damaged shall not be covered under the warranty.
• Products that have been stored incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (e.g. fabric on chairs will lighten over time if exposed to direct sunlight and with periodic cleaning)

No warranty on upholstery and fabrics

• All our products are MADE TO ORDER. Our orders usually take 7-10 days to dispatch.
• The estimated shipping time is 15–21 days.
• Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
• Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
• Extra charges were applicable for a weekend or time-specific delivery.
